The 2016 Blaufränkisch is made of organically grown grapes from the Šibeniční vrch vineyard in the the village of Mikulov.
The wine is meant for those keen on musky, leathery notes, locally referred to as ''horse saddle'', followed by blackberry and blueberry notes.
