Winery and Vineyards

Authentic wines from Moravia

We give our wines the time and room to develop their true aromas and flavors without unnecessary interference. We specialize therefore mainly on dry wines, with an emphasis on the purity of the variety and its own distinctiveness. White wines mature in stainless steel tanks, selected batches also in oak or acacia barrels. Almost all red wines undergo natural vinification in a wooden barrel. Since 2013 we produce sparkling wines originating from primary fermentation and sparkling wines originating from secondary fermentation. Both methods are produced by champagne-fermented in the bottle.

Less is more

We continue the family tradition of farming, where viticulture was always historically an integral part of the economy. This legacy of our ancestors obliges us to hard and honest work, without which good wine cannot be produced.

We farm in organic mode out of love for the soil and humility towards nature. The quality of the grapes of the vine grown in organic mode is undeniably higher. In the production of wine, we prefer physical processes over chemical ones and give the wines time for maturation and natural vinification.

Philosophy of viticulture: it lies in the simplicity and timeliness of the given intervention - Less is more.

The old peasant proverb applies doubly to work in the vineyard and says:

"What is early, is always. What is late, is only sometimes."

Cellar and vineyards

The cellar for aging red and selected white wines is not far from the operating site in the wine cellar area U Myslivecké chaty. Here, guided tastings with subsequent seating for 20 people take place.

We manage our vineyards in bio-regime out of personal conviction, without certification due to the frequency of vineyards that often border conventional vineyards where there is a risk of contact with the vine from the neighbor's spraying chemicals.

Currently, we are managing 20 hectares of vineyards in four vineyard locations:
