The grapes come from a 40-year old single vineyard Kukvička in the village of Josefov. The wine underwent a three-week maceration on the skins, followed by an eight-month aging in old 500-liter oak barrels. This wine has a distinctly spicy and juicy character, with a beautiful Grüner Veltliner flavour that emerges after the first sip.
