We recommend a selection of easy-to-understand, reductive wines. Grüner Veltliner, Rheinriesling, Welschriesling or red Cabernet - all of these white wines are aged in stainless steel, without prolonged maceration on the skins. In addition, a simple, beautifully sparkling Pet-nat Riesling and Blaufränkisch - the only bottle in this box aged for 18 months in a barrel.
